Application verification work is quite common on test and verification processes for key components of complex or large products. Therefore the research on the application verification project process which is composed by such work has theoretical and practical significance. It not only paves the way for the follow-up studies of application verification work, but also provides methods and references for management of immature application verification project.In this dissertation, firstly, the concept and characteristics of application verification project are proposed through the extensive research in the verification application projects or similar verification work at home and abroad. On this basic, a special process in application verification project, correlative process, is further analyzed and the concepts and features of application verification projects correlative process are proposed. Secondly, this dissertation researches the model of the application verification project correlative process and proposes the model construction, which includes the application verification process, product development process, product application process and cut-into and feedback relationship between application verification process with the other two processes. Based on this model structure, the AON network is used to express the logical structure of the model, and then the application verification project correlative process network is constructed. Thirdly, based on the AON network and according to the characteristics that the application verification process does not affect the schedule of the user's process, the dissertation uses network technology and process optimization methods, and develops schedule optimizing method from the view of correlation among the processes, In addition, the cost and schedule process optimization method is developed to reduce the cost of application verification project. Finally, a diesel engine of the large ship verification is chose as an example. And the diesel engine application verification project correlative process network is established and optimized using the optimization method. At last, the process and the schedule by which the diesel engine and the ship product processes aren't affected are obtained; and then by schedule-cost optimization for diesel application verification process, the best overall schedule and cost results are got.
