Market economy and global economic integration caused by the increasingly fierce competition between banks is ultimately a human resources competition. In the complex context of macroeconomic and commercial banks under increasingly strong development momentum, NJ development of rural credit cooperatives are a serious challenge facing the rapid development of enterprises and the enterprises themselves seriously lagging behind the level of human resource management conflicts. Based on modern human resources management theory as the guide, combining NJ rural credit cooperative - from the actual situation, talent, sustaining, incentive to attract the Angle of rural credit cooperative NJ, Louise to evaluate human resource system present situation of its reform, studied. Mechanism Human resources so as to make full use of incentive effect, effectively attracting, retaining and train excellent staff, enhance the competitiveness of the credit.This paper take human resource management of NJ rural credit cooperatives as study, focusing on linking theory with practice, through the systematic study of the corporate human resource management problems and causes, and proposed the corresponding solutions for the development of rural credit cooperatives, which is more positive meaning to NJ.
