Research On The Business Of Warehouse Receipts Pledge Developed By Third Party Logistics

Warehouse receipt pledge business is a form of the supply chain finance, also a financial product. And it is more suitable for dealing with contradictions between small and medium enterprises and bank. As a guarantor in the warehouse receipt pledge business, the third party logistics company has cooperated with bank to avoid the financial risks effectively. This form of cooperation can solve the current problem about the non-sound credit system.How to determine an appropriate pledge rate is the key to the third party logistics'warehouse receipts pledge business in the principle of controllable risk.And the method will be used in Chunhui Logistics'warehouse receipt pledge business.In the first chapter, concept, theories and modes have been introduced in short ,so that readers could have a more comprehensive understanding. In the second chapter, we analyze the risk of warehouse receipt pledge by literature review and expert interview. And they are mainly customer credit risk, collateral item selection risk, warehouse receipt risk, collateral valuation risk and regulatory goods risk and so on. In the paper, we analyse the customer credit risk and introduced the method of assessing the level of customer credit ,which is the Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation Method. Then the principle of selecting pledge is being analyzed and summarized .Determining a reasonable pledge rate need to choose the right method and also to test its effectiveness . The pledge rate has been simulated and conducted validation in the fourth chapter .
