Research Of The Design And Implementation Scheme For T Iron And Steel Company Cost Management System In The ERP Environment

T Iron and Steel Company will build up its cost management system, which is compatible to the modern enterprise system, to increase the core competence. By analyzing the state of the art of the cost management system and using the experience from other enterprises which have successfully built such system, a method is developed in this thesis for T Iron and Steel Company to improve the procedure of its cost management system in the ERP environment. In other words, the ERP system of integrated features, perform SAP management, establish a standard cost system. This method applies the standard cost as the key of the cost management and implements the three basic rules, plan in advance, control in duration and feedback afterwards, into the cost management by means of prediction, plan, decision, control, analysis and validation. The argument of this thesis process: Cost Management, proposed by T Iron and Steel Company needs analysis; for such demand T Iron and Steel Company cost management system design solutions; First part of the thesis analyzes and describes the situation of the application of cost management in big enterprises. Then the currently used cost management system in T Iron and Steel Company is evaluated. Based on the evaluation some ideas are provided by the author regarding what is required and what should be improved in order to run the cost management system in the ERP environment in T Iron and Steel Company, including the requirement for transforming from traditional system to modern enterprise system, for improving the business procedure, and for improving the enterprise's ability of control and management.This dissert implement cost management research on T Iron and Steel Company which is a large-scale state-owned manufacture enterprise. After researching the situation of other enterprises and amalgamation advanced theory or method of cost management, This thesis comes with some new ideas and opinions, which might be valuable for building cost management system in big enterprises, Wishing the information technology truly serving enterprises and being development power for business increase.
