Research On Continuous Quality Improvement Of Tianjin Faw Passenger Car

X221 is a brand new developed economy car of the company, and is the first model that the company is engaged to realize the self-developing and the raising of the core competition of enterprise, and the market prospect of this model is highly expected by the whole company. After three years of efforts, this car is going to be launched on the market, but at this initial stage of the mass production, a lot of quality problems are exposed, which much lower than the design level. So, a research group is decided to set up for checking up the reasons of these problems and to find out the solution as soon as possible.This thesis adresses 3 root causes of these quality problems, and to provide deep analysis separately. This thesis also provides a detailed introduction, before solving the problems, about the methods which the company applied in the continuous quality improving and the relevant theoretical knowledge, to provide a basis for the latter solution for the problems.The whole process of the solution introduced by this thesis, complies with the principles of the Total Quality Management, and applies the tools and methods of quality management to the research of the products quality improvement, to ensure the continuous and stable development of the quality management system. Finally, this thesis, via its introduction of the ISO9000 Quality Management System and the quality verification of the automobile enterprises, clearly stated the importance of the completeness of quality system, and provide great guiding significance for the actual practice of the quality management of the automobile enterprises.
