In recent years, the national economy of real activity has become the focus of attention. For real estate development project feasibility study and analyze the essence of market demand, is not only standard and stable development of real estate industry, which is also the need of China with the fast economic development process of real estate needs to solve the unbalanced economic structure status of need, to the long-term development of China's economy has an important practical significance.Due to the real estate development is a big investment and risk is big and restricting factors of social engineering, developers want to realize less investment, profits, fast speed of recycle funds management goal, the first job is ready to project feasibility study analysis. Feasibility study is analysis, calculation and evaluation of the investment project technical scheme, development plan, operation scheme of economic effect, research projects, the necessity and feasibility of development scheme selection and investment scheme decision-making science analysis method, strengthening feasibility study is development project hedge, achieve expected returns the important guarantee for the future market, which has more realistic significance.This paper uses the feasibility of the general method of study, through thorough investigation and study, integrate with the actual situation, to HuaYuan content Wuhua Road project feasibility is analyzed. Project is located in the industrial zone, HuaYuan Nankai district to the project status evaluation and construction conditions, market situation and formats analysis, construction scale, the project technology aspects of feasibility, project risk, project planning and investment, etc are studied, it is concluded that the effective conclusions, helping decision-makers made the right decision. Through to the thing Wuhua Road project feasibility analysis, it is concluded that the project is in the technology, financial and social benefits is feasible conclusion.
