Research Of Management Information System In Power Network Project

With the deepening of electricity reform, the previous network infrastructure business information management model can not fully meet the needs of the building of a unified strong and smart grid, build quality engineering and lean management, standard operating and so on. Power project information management model should be times, continuous exploration and innovation. This paper studies, in the the current management status of grid infrastructure, the engineering business information systems and the basic design of the building structure , and forecast the method for system implementation, the implementation of key points and the results .Main purpose of the business information system network infrastructure is to keep the three levels which include the State Grid Corporation, the net Provincial Power Company and the project department of owner and the five dimensions of professional (Project schedule coordination management, Safety Management, quality management, cost management, Technology Management) in the control, and to meet the needs of the business information management.
