In the modern economic development, service business in social economic life plays an increasingly important role. In the 21st century, the global economy will step into a comprehensive "service economy era". But due to industrial structure and social development such as these many conditions, Chinese service industry in the constraints of GDP is in just a low share, there is the fundamental significance of development of service industry to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and develop the national economy. Since the limited of my knowledge, I chose technical service as a starting point, according to HW company current condition and the needs of customers, to set up effective service process and management method. The article is divided into six parts.The first part is to the service outlined. Through defining of service, review the history of service development and how the customer satisfaction influence, clear explain how important of the service business growth. Through improving after-sales service and enterprise service concept can improve customer satisfaction, thereby win long-term customers.The second and third part, describe HW's products and services, analyzed the users of the service requirement of HW company. The fourth part, we analysis the demand of customer based on the iceberg theory, and give the definition for service business scorecard.The fifth part, through some changes for service business in HW company, carry out the service orientation for customer focused, realize the continuously sustainable service business.The sixth part is the specific case for after-sales service, present some specific project data analysis and realize win-win in after-sales service to emphasis value for service business.The companies which focus on after-sales service business management and meet customer's need. improve customer loyalty, customer focused, establish effective service management system, to be more competitive. Because service marketing management research started late in china, which is the enterprise implement service marketing management must set up service marketing management concept firstly, make effective service solutions, establish the enterprise market position and advantage, so as to improve the power customer satisfaction and meet customer and service provision of win-win between customer and company.
