Along with the global economic improvement and information technology development, the supply chain that as the advanced organization style and management conception has been becoming the main ways to increase the company's profit by decreasing cost, and to improve the competing capability, which takes more roles in the economical development process. And the enterprise logistics that called the"third profit source of the company"have been becoming the focus for each of the companies.The supply chain department in the oil exploitation and production enterprise take the key responsibilities for ensuring quality, promptly delivery the different type of production materials, decrease the flow capital impropriation, lower the purchasing cost during the process of oil field development, production and constructions.The demand of the energy especially the petroleum increase steadily, and upon the abundant petroleum deposits, ocean petroleum industry has been paid more attention by all countries around the work. Due to the particularity of the ocean petroleum industry, the supply chain of the ocean oil exploitation and production enterprises have their owned characteristic and difficulties in supply chain management. This thesis takes CP Bohai unit as an example of a typical ocean oil exploitation and production enterprises. Through analysis of the supply chain structure and key parts performance in CP Bohai Unit, research of the enterprises environment inside and outside and different supply chain models, this thesis found the optimize scenario for the supply chain performance which have been validated as effective proposals, and also can be a reference for other similar enterprises on the aspect of supply chain management.
