The twenty-first century is full of high-technology, the development of science andtechnology will bring us so many changes when we have not realized them. Companies, thebasic elements of the society, must depend on the technological innovation to continue, owngood profitability and hold on their own superiority in the fierce competition. Because onlytechnological innovation can help themselves set up and keep their core competence.The article stands on the base of the Human Capital Theory and the Core CompetitivenessTheory; starts with the theories about technological innovation, the evaluation on profitabilityand the previous research results on the influence the technological innovation played on theenterprises. Then it analyses the impact and the industry difference on the enterprises which isbrought from the technological innovation theoretically; brings forward the hypotheses buildsup the mathematical model, adopts the companies which are fit our orders as our sample bookfrom all the listed companies in our country, uses the spss17.0 statistics software, carriesdescriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis on the blending sample bookand validates whether our dates support the hypotheses.Through the empirical analysis, we get conclusions as follows: the influence technologicalinnovation plays on the profitability of the enterprises is not notable in the short-termdevelopment, but it is more and more important with time delay. At the same time, the impactway and impact degree technological innovation played on the companies is quite differentamong all the industries. Thus, if the company wants to live for a long time, it should choosethe different policy to deal with the technology according to the industry which it is in and theconnection with technological innovation.
