The Impact Of Technical Innovaiton Capabillty On The Profitability Of The Yangtze River Delta Equipment Manufacturing Industry And The Countermeasures

In recent years,the reform of the equipment manufacturing industry transformation of the country has been a very important topic,the equipment manufacturing industry is a technology intensive,capital intensive and labor intensive industry,its development status will directly affect the country's economic lifeline and national security.As a national key equipment manufacturing area of the Yangtze River Delta region,the Lingang Development Zone settled and built Asia's largest branch center,it can be seen that the transformation is urgent.In the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in the process of government enterprises rely on out development mode of high loss,high investment,heavy pollution and low efficiency in the hope that from before,the production mode of enterprises more environmentally friendly,more conducive to sustainable development.Therefore,the technological innovation capability in the equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading is particularly critical.When countries want the transformation of manufacturing industry,which undoubtedly means that the equipment manufacturing industry requires a lot of cost into them,and to the enterprise,enterprise's goal has always been the pursuit of profit maximization,so profitability has been the most important problem of every enterprise concerned.In this paper,the Yangtze River Delta equipment manufacturing enterprises as the research object for research.By reading and combing the literature,by domestic and foreign scholars on the impact of technology innovation ability of profitability indicators,5 indicators selected number of R&D expenditures and patent relationship duration,relation intensity and quality evaluation of technological innovation capability.Then use the principal component extraction comprehensive profitability index analysis method,this paper selects the index of net sales,the rate of return on net assets,total assets net profit rate of seven financial,using the principal component extraction of two principal components extracted from the main factor analysis method.Based on the 7 sub sectors of equipment manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Delta,the data of sample selection from 2006 to 2015 are taken as the research object for empirical study.This paper makes descriptive statistics on technological innovation capability index and profitability index of 7 sub sectors of equipment manufacturing industry,and draws some basic conclusions from it.Get data from Shanghai Industrial Statistics Yearbook,Shanghai statistical yearbook on science and technology and the Shanghai Bureau of Statistics website and the listed company's annual report and other documents,and the sample structure equation to further verify the ability of technological innovation on the profitability of the use of Amos statistical software.Draw the relevant conclusions.Through the empirical analysis of the impact of industry and technological innovation capability on profitability of enterprises,draw the corresponding conclusions.In favor of the government,after the strategic planning of the equipment manufacturing industry,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
