The trend of economic globalization is growing, and modern science and technology are advancing rapidly, the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. It can be regarded as the competition of talents. The forecast on the requirement of the talented people is the base of the talent work. As long as we know what kinds of and how many talented persons are needed in the future, we can cultivate the people on purpose.On one hand we should avoid the situation that the shortage of the talented person influenced the development of the economy because of the development of the education from falling behind the development of the economy,On the other hand we should avoid the waste of the talented person because the cultivation of thetalented person are enlarged blindly and the talented person are not fit for the development of the economy.Knowledge and technology innovation is the main force of economic growth. Professional talent is the carrier of scientific knowledge and technology, it is representative of the advanced productive forces and to promote technological, economic, and social development of the main forces. Ecological economic zone in Poyang lake is a national strategy, in this context, and combining long-term talent development planning of jiangxi province, construction of professional talents in Jiangxi province will face to a new opportunity and challenge.This thesis is basically based on the Statistical Yearbooks of Jiangxi Province, Statistical Bulletin of Jiangxi Province and so on, By applying the grey prediction model, regression forecating model methods, analysis to probe into current numbers and structure of professional talents in state-owned enterprises of Jiangxi province. First, Introduce some concepts of talents and professional talents in this article, and review some relevant theories of talent forecast, then analysis to probe into current numbers and structure of professional talents in state-owned enterprises of Jiangxi province, and predicts total amount and structures of need the professional talents'demand in Jiangxi in the coming years with grey model, also the talent structure such as age, educational level, title of technical post and position. And analysis the forecast results. Finally, it made some recommendations on the operations of professional talents development in Jiangxi Province.
