Research On The Mechanism Of Inter-organizational Trust In Corporate Network

With the development of economic globalization, enterprises form corporate networks with many other organizations, no longer operate alone in the market, the market is exists as a corporate network. The rise of organizations forming corporate networks, highlight the importance of trust on business which becomes a central issue to be faced. Because networks'formation and operation based on the trust, which connecting all parties, providing the necessary flexibility, reducing transaction costs and the complexity of the cooperate relationship.Based on the bibliography research, the paper collects data in the form of questionnaires.SPSS16.0 and AMOS7.0 are used to data processing and analysis. This paper mainly studies the dimensions of trust between organizations, classification of relationship in the infection factors of inter-organizational trust and their respective dimensions, testing the infection of the factors to the of inter-organizational trust. The paper promotes the research on mechanism of inter-organizational trust in theory and provides a reference guide to establish trust between organizations for the local enterprises in China in practice, because the conclusions draw from the specifically cultural background of Chinese enterprises.
