In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge and the ability to create knowledge become the core sources of competitiveness of enterprises. The globalization brought by the development of information technology weakened China's manufacturing competitive advantage which obtained by resources and cheap labor. Market changing requires the manufacturing firms to transform into knowledge-based company. Therefore, the research on the incentive factors of the knowledge creation behavior of staff in manufacturing enterprise has the vital significance in improving knowledge innovation level of staff and promoting knowledge innovation ability of enterprise.Based on the review of the knowledge innovation theory and incentive theory, this study takes the knowledge staff in manufacturing enterprise as the sample, and constructs a model to discuss the incentive factors effects on the knowledge creation behavior of staff in manufacturing enterprise, the model includes three parts: the knowledge creation behavior of staff, this incentive factors of the knowledge creation behavior of staff and the tacit degree of knowledge. The paper mainly studies the effect of incentive factors on the knowledge creation behavior of staff and the moderating effect of the tacit degree of knowledge on the relationship between the incentive factors and the knowledge creation behavior of staff.Based on the survey data, this study applys variance analysis, factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis et al. statistical methods, and proves the three dimentions of the incentive factors have different effects on the four dimensions of the knowledge creation behavior of staff. The results shows that the tacit degree of knowledge plays a moderating role on the relationship between personal growth and development motivator and the knowledge creation behavior of staff, and also the relationship between the culture atmosphere and interpersonal relations motivator and the knowledge creation behavior of staff. That is the higher of the tacit degree of knowledge, the stronger of the relationship between the two motivators and the knowledge creation behavior of staff.Therefore, in order to improve the condition of the knowledge creation behavior of staff and promote enterprise knowledge innovation ability, manufacturing enterprise need to apply the three dimentions of motivtors mentioned above, and at the same time, more attention should be paid to the match the tacit degree of knowledge and incentive stratege, so as to improves the knowledge innovation ability in the whole oranization.
