| With the development economic and the intensification of competition global, the enterprises are facing more and more difficulties about their surviving and development. In this case, innovation becomes the choice of enterprises and entrepreneurs to get out of troubles and to solve problems. Thus, the research on innovation gets more and more attention of society. And the final destination of innovation is to improve enterprise performance, so the research on enterprise performance of innovation has an important significance. But, current study about this issue is not very rich, particularly the research about the relationship between the factors that affect innovation and the enterprise performance. This is more or less regret.This paper puts forward assumptions of the relationship between the factors which influence the innovation and the enterprise performance of innovation, based on summarization of existing literature, and the model about the enterprise performance of innovation influenced by multi-factors. And then, it carries out an empirical analysis, with the data of an investigate questionnaire, with which 110 entrepreneurs are concerned, about entrepreneurship and innovation. This research includes several steps as follow:Firstly, this paper puts forward the issue of enterprise performance of innovation, and expounds the importance of research, then explains the content and structure.Secondly, it discusses theoretically the relationship between enterprise internal factors, such as entrepreneur, system of enterprise, enterprise's behavior, and the enterprise performance of innovation, and also the relationship between the internal factors. Then it studies the external factors'influence on enterprise performance innovation, represented by market demand and legal constraints. Based on these studies theoretical, this paper proposes some assumptions of enterprise performance of innovation affected by the internal or external factors, and some assumptions of interaction of each other between these factors. Finally it establishes a comprehensive model of influence factors of enterprise performance of innovation.Thirdly, this paper describes and inspects the data base of empirical analysis, including the descriptive statistics of sample, the selection of data, the composition of index, and the inspection of reliability and validity, etc.Fourthly, it carries out empirical analysis of assumptions and model, including: the influence of entrepreneur, system of enterprise and enterprise behavior on enterprise performance of innovation; the effects of internal factors on each other; the comprehensive influence of internal factors on enterprise performance of innovation; the moderator role that the external factors play on the performance of innovation; and the comprehensive influence of internal and external factors on enterprise performance of innovationFinally, based theoretical and empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some conclusion about the enterprise performance of innovation as follow: the internal factors of enterprise have important influence on enterprise performance of innovation, and the system of enterprise and enterprise's behavior play as mediators between entrepreneur and performance of innovation; the external factors'effect on performance of innovation is comparatively weak, but not negligible, and this effect is realized as moderator; the internal factors and external ones should be considered as a whole system, which can affect the performance of innovation. And at last, it proposes the direction of future and further research. |
