| The 21st century, tourism has been hailed as a smoke-free industry, sunrise industries, and has become the world's largest economic sectors. Scenic Area is the main carrier of the tourism industry, the rise of tourism has exacerbated the contradiction between protection and exploitation of the scenic area. Tourists are the main part of tourism, also are the main part of users of Scenic Spot, tourist behavior is tourism experience and direct manifestation of perception of tourist to tourism landscape in scenic spot. Under the premise of protecting, the planning and design of the scenic spots are first to meet the needs of tourists. Tourist behavior is the best testing and feedback of the designing and exploitation of scenic area. This paper aims to study tourist behavior through means of observation, interview and questionnaire and thus can explore the planning strategy of protecting the scenic spot and meeting the reasonable needs of the tourists, seek the balance point between scenic protection and tourism development as well as minimize the damage to the scenic area.Paper is divided into seven chapters, in particular:The first chapter is an introduction part of this research background, significance, concept of the research object, research method, content and framework are briefly described; and introduced the question in scenic spot at present for the following chapters fully prepared.Chapterâ…¡is the current situation and development of the relevant research of China and foreign nations.
