The Study Of Mode Operation In Highway Constructive Projects In Liupanshui City

Nowadays, Chinese economy is been rapidly developed, which demanding a higher level of road infrastructure. The economy in Liupanshui is less developed and the investment from government to road infrastructure is very limited. Therefore the government investment on road infrastructure is not enough for road development and Liupanshui need to make market financing. Because of the special character of BOT, BOT, as a market financing method, is very important for solving the capital shortage and improving investment operation. Since there are selected units of BOT in China and the application of BOT in Liupanshui is not very developed, the need for applying BOT on road infrastructure in Liupanshui is urgent.This study introduces the method and the content of BOT and summarizes the main project financing methods. Also this study summarizes the pros and cons of applications of BOT in China, aiming to study the rationality, necessity and feasibility of using BOT method on Liupanshui road infrastructure, provide some suggestions and also discuss the application future and policy measurs on it. This study is not only helpful for Liupanshui road infrastructure development but also is useful for the development of infrastructure in Liupanshui, or even in the whole west area of China.
