Research On The Application Of Project Financing In Our Country's Infrastructure Construction

At present, China is developing the city infrastructure construction vigorously and carrying forward the project finance in construction. But the method of project finance is diversified, so how to choice the different method of project finance according to the different project has become an important question which must be answered quickly. In addition, due to numerous participants in project finance, the coordination and the management function of the government in the process of project finance seem to be particularly a key factor. How does the government manage the operation of project finance? What should the local government do in this process? This text will set out from the above way of thinking, putting forward own views through the research.Firstly in this thesis, describe the fundamental definition of"project finance", scope of structure, character and application, discussing the possibility and prospect of its development in Chinese infrastructure construction. Explain the characteristics, advantage and necessity of the infrastructure project adopting project finance from the angle of the theories. Secondly, summarize the different ways of using project finance in the domestic and international infrastructure project from the view of practices, analyzed foreign different methods of the project finance, researched the possibilities of different methods using in our country. Put forward the option of applying different methods of project finance according the different project factors. At last, discuss the role and function of Government in city infrastructure project finance. Through a case analysis, disclose the problem exist in process of infrastructure project finance, discuss the reason and on the base of the previous discussion put forward some practical proposals arranging from project finance,the choice for the financing mode,construction management and etc.
