On The Exploitation Of The Landscape Resources Of The Taibai Ecotourism Area From A Perspective Of Sustainable Development

Taibai Mountains is the highest peak of Qingling Mountains,rising to 3767 meters above sea level, and it stretches to Mei, Taibai and Zhouzhi counties in Shaanxi Province. The present ecotourism areas in Taibai Mountains mainly include the Taibai National Nature Reserve, Taibai National Forest Park, Heihe Forest Park and Honghegu Forest Park. The three forest parks in Taibai Mountain have developed fourteen scenic spots and Taibai National Nature Reserve has developed sub-tourist area, thus the ecotourism area has had good tourist facilities. However, with the development of the landscape resources, problems emerge successively. it is a direct threat to the sustainable development of the Taibai Ecotourism Area.. In this paper, several problems with the development of Taibai Mountain ectourism regions resources were solved through field survey and research, the author focus on present the solutions for exploitation, utilization and protection of Taibai Mountain resources, which is important for use and protection of landscape sources, and it's sustainable exploitation. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1. The landscape types of Taibai Mountain eco-tourisim area include landscape, water landscape, biological landscape, religious building, site remains, ancient cultural relics and so on. The characteristics of landscape have aboriginality, diversity, scientificity, and with good geographical, convenient transportation and, good development opportunity.2. In order to realized the tourist environment of Taibai Mountain smoothly and steadily development to achieve the sustainable development, the exploitation guided by protection of Taibai Mountain eco-tourisim natural and man-made landscape, the stability of land ecosysterm, and planning scientific protection program and construction plan.3. The development process of Taibai Mountain should follow the following four principles: the principles of sustainable development, the principles of the natural ecology smoothly and steadily, the principles of arrangement inheritance and the principles of green development.4. It should be taken as a goal to make the Taibai Mountain with three characteristics of national natural protection zones, national key scenic spot and world geological park, and become the national first class and the core of the ecological tourism in Qinling Mountain.5. The functional area of Taibai Mountain eco-tourisim are as follows: nature reserve, scenic resort, tourist service area. Landscape structure includes two attractions, three main lines, four vice lines with landscape of Dongtianfu, gap of Jiujiu, landscape of valley, landscape of Banshi, landscape of Yuanmen, landscape of Hei river, landscape of Houzhenzi and glacier relics.6. The structure and planning of travel traffic include main stem connected to the north and the south, roads and footpath, which runs through all tourist district. On that basis, fire and rescure escape should be further strengthened. 7. We should adopt classified method to protect the landscape resources and ecological environment which can be divided into five types: special, first-class to fourth-class protection areas. They are the core area of natural reserve, buffer zone, special scenic spots (such as the fourth period of glacial vestige), other scenic spots and primary tourist service area (tourist town) respectively. In addition, we can take proper measures to protect the different types of landscape resources and ecological environment such as the fourth period of glacial vestige, water and mountain landscapes.
