Study On Fuzzy Evaluation Of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprise Management Performance

Agriculture is the foundation of our national economy, agricultural processing enterprises that is closely related to the agricultural products ,has made great contributions to China's economy However, advocating effectively and efficiently management in the competitive market, agricultural products processing enterprises research about the performance of the management is not much. Therefore, according to the agricultural products processing enterprises of particular industry and industry characteristics, research that the current management performance of agricultural products processing enterprises, aimed at the development of agro-processing enterprises to provide clear direction.This paper first reviewed the previous related literatures, and summarized the concepts of performance defined by the foreign scholars, the development process of performance evaluation, and performance evaluation methods, etc. Then after analyzing its shortages of the previous studies, the paper, taking the imperfection in the current research and practice in performance management, as well as the special industry background of agricultural products processing enterprises in China into consideration, examined the effectiveness of the management performance on the current agricultural products processing enterprises. By analyzing the current management performance in the present agricultural products processing enterprises and identifying its existing problems, and analysis reason for the existence of the problem。as well as the influencing factors of management performance in agricultural products processing enterprises, this paper used AHP to determine the scientific and accurate index weights, with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, finally to build a scientific and rational management performance evaluation system.Taking the agricultural products processing enterprises in Shaanxi for example, this paper adopted the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, was applied to analyze the firm's performance management situation.The results of the study showed that the ultimate level of performance evaluation management in these agricultural products processing enterprises in Shaanxi Province was 0.714∈[0.8,0.6). According to the principle of maximum membership degree, this paper reached the conclusion that the overall management performance in the agricultural products processing enterprises in Shaanxi Province was well. Meanwhile, it had certain significance to the current agricultural products processing enterprises. However, through the repeated evaluation and amendment , it was clear to see that the management performance of the agricultural products processing enterprises still had some weak trends: the proportion of financial management as well as innovation and learning was very small, the attention to weight indicators was not enough, while relatively emphasis on the internal management, in that almost half of the energy was invested into the internal management, and there was lack of innovation, which was an uneven system of performance management. If this continues in a long term, it may likely hinder the rapid development of enterprises, and affect the overall development.Therefore, in order to improve the performance management and competition ability of the firms, they should not only promote the performance management in the agricultural processing system, improve the indicator system and the weights of the performance management, but also enhance the efficiency of the system.
