Problems And Strategy Study On Energy Economic Development Of Western Region

Energy is an essential basis for world economic growth as well as an indispensable factor for human social progress. Since 21st century, energy has played an increasingly important role in modern economic development and has become a global issue for economic development of every country. Basing on the scientific development concept, the traditional energy development model has not adapted to the needs of new industrialization. Owing to the over rapid economic development has cost ruinous destruction of our environment and energy and also has violated the sustainable economic growth model, how to utilize the energy efficiently and rationally is critical to economic sustainable development.Basing on the above situations, we should preserver in the concept of sustainable development during the process of western region energy economic development and establish pillar industries supporting its economic development to construct western region into an important energy base and further provide important energy power for rapid growth of china economy. Therefore, it's necessary for the study on energy economic development of western region.This paper mainly uses the methods of documentation, logical reasoning and comparative analysis, aiming at the study on energy economic development of western region and hoping to further promote the development of its energy economy. Five chapters of this paper are mainly arranged for discussion. The first chapter- preface: mainly divided into the research background, research status home and abroad and research significance; the second chapter: mainly discussing the western region energy situation; the third chapter: discussing the quantitative relation between the west energy consumption and economic growth; the fourth chapter: mainly indicating the problems of western region in the development of energy economy; the fifth chapter: putting forward the economic development strategy of western region.
