Currently, the consumption structure of the global tourism market trends evident. the proportion of global sightseeing tour is gradually declining, and the proportion of business tourism activities and shopping tourism activities is significantly increasing; the share of tourism products of natural scenery is declining, rich in content, with the characteristic of experience of cultural tourism products is straight up; holiday tourism is gradually rising and becoming more mature. Which indicates the high-end tourism is characterized by conference, business and holiday tour is gradually rising and even becoming prosperous, in the case of rapid expansion in China's inbound tourism market and increasing the number of in-bound tourists, in-bound tourists'behavior shows a clear kinds of orderliness, which is another evidence of the high-end travel products tourists to the demand appeared strong momentum, while the effective development of tourism in China has also faced challenges. Therefore, effective finishing and systematic analysis to the behavior of high-end tourists have extremely important theoretical and practical significance. However, domestic and international research in general is in a fractional stage of development to high-end tourism, mainly in the high-end tourist market, the study of high-end tourism products, high-end tourists'behavior patterns are rarely involved.View of this, this article acts as the research object to the high-end in-bound tourists to the Dunhuang, use the experience of domestic and international tourism research on high-end tourism for reference, the integrated use of research methods of various disciplines, trying to representation high-end tourists'behavior, exploring the travel behavior law of different groups of high-end in-bound tourists, through effective finishing and systematic analysis to the high-end tourists travel decision behavior and its influence decision-making mechanism, travel preferences, communicative action between host and guest and the behavior of cognitive evaluation of tourism experience, and proposed research framework. Trying to sum up high-end in-bound tourists'travel behavior patterns and impact mechanism, and distinguishing between high-end tourists and the public visitors. So as to provide to the basis and guide of developing inbound tourism to Dunhuang, and even reference to developing high-end tourism to other region.The innovations of this article are: (1) Try to studied the segment of the high-end tourism travel consumer behavior, in theory, to further enrich the tourist behavior research. (2) Try to definite and interpret to high-end tourism and high-end tourist, and use the theory of attraction less tourism supporting this point of view.
