With the reform and open policy, China OEM enterprises grow stronger and stronger, OEM enterprises make great contribution to the development of national economy, and China becomes a big processing trade country, OEM enterprises are the main strength. The development of Zhejiang OEM enterprises has become a mainstay of Zhejiang economy, but with the development of economic globalization and the 2008 global financial crisis, foreign trade and external demand reduce, The shortcomings of OEM enterprises gradually exposed, for example, OEM enterprises lack of core technology and own brands, it's technical content low, profits lean. The developments of Zhejiang OEM enterprises face big challenges. Under the new situation, promoting the transformation and upgrade of Zhejiang OEM enterprises is imperative.In the long run, Zhejiang OEM enterprises must transfer productions from profit low, value-added thin, links to the high value added, independent research productions. Realize the development of independent brand innovation and the creation of independent brands, so as to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. But as far as the situation of Zhejiang OEM enterprises concerned, most Zhejiang OEM enterprises have limited strength; the independent innovation and the creation of its own brand face many difficulties and obstacles. From Zhejiang OEM enterprises reality, this paper proposed the strategic upgrade path of Zhejiang OEM enterprises.This article is divided into six parts. Chapter 1 is the introduction, introduces the research background, research achievements at home and abroad, and puts forward innovations of this paper. Chapter 2 presents Zhejiang OEM enterprises'present situation, and proposed challenges of Zhejiang OEM businesses. Chapter 3 proposes Zhejiang OEM enterprises'upgrade strategy, and states the affecting factors and mechanism analysis, points out the influence factors, the dependence path and the ability promotion of Zhejiang OEM enterprises. Chapter 4 takes Zhejiang XingX group as an example, from case analysis angle, proposed feasibility proposals for Zhejiang OEM enterprises'strategy upgrade. Chapter 5 from XingX group watching the development of Zhejiang OEM enterprises, and gives the countermeasures and proposals. Chapter 6 is the summing up.Undoubtedly, the upgrade path and the ability promoting played a crucial role in the whole process of Zhejiang OEM enterprises'upgrade strategy, OEM enterprises only have the independent research capacity, it can become ODM enterprises of independent research and design, only in this way, can Zhejiang OEM enterprises build a unique product image and reputation in the international market, create its own "brand". Technology import - digesting and absorbing - independent innovation (OEM - ODM - OBM), this strategy upgrade path will open a sustainable development path for Zhejiang OEM enterprises and make Zhejiang OEM enterprises obtain long-term development.
