The Employment And Income Effects Of Xinjiang Financial Development

With the continuous development of economy and society,People's livelihood has become one of the important tasks in China's socialist modernization process,moreover the problem shown in the less developed areas particularly the contradictions. From the point of view the root cause of conflicts,solving the problem of employment and income gap means to resolve a large part of social contradictions. But we can not look at this problem in isolation. I suggest to think about the problem from the perspective of financial development.I believe that the goals of financial development should be to improve their own, to promote economic,Pratt & Whitney public, highlight the fair. In the past three decades, especially in the decade of western development,whether from the financial institutions category and the number of point of view,or from the financial products and services point of view,Xinjiang financial constantly improve and get more rapid development. According to previous literature and the author of the study, Xinjiang's financial development promoted the economic development, and it is also very significant contribution, but it only shows the basic financial development in Xinjiang to achieve the first goal and second goal, for Xinjiang's financial, whether achieving the other goals, the literature has not yet been given a strong argument, but no empirical studies of reasoning. Based on this present situation, does the author through between the research finance and the structure of employment, the city and countryside income differential's relations,then verify the Xinjiang finance to develop further promotes the structure of employment to optimize and to reduce the city and countryside income differential the efficient path.The basic idea of this paper is:the first in-depth review of the financial development of several major classical theory, followed by the development of the financial impact on employment and income gap between the conduction mechanism based on these two tasks to Xinjiang for the study, the use of empirical approaches, explores the employment effects of financial development in Xinjiang and the income effect, the final conclusions based on evidence and reflect problems , by improving the employment structure of Xinjiang rural-urban income gap and reduce some countermeasures.
