Research On Incomes Of Rural Residents In Xinjiang

As a result of the policy of reform and opening up, Xinjiang economy has made considerable progress. Part of the county income of rural residents in Xinjiang was even higher than the national average income of rural residents. But because regional imbalances in income growth, especially in the southern and northern in Xinjiang highlighted the income gap, general income level of rural residents in Xinjiang was behind the country and the inland provinces. For Xinjiang which lies in China's western border have multi-ethnic, internal urban-rural income gap, and poverty and backwardness of minorities, it is an important and difficult problem to achieve revenue growth of farmers for the future of the Rural Development in Xinjiang. In this paper, historical analysis, comparative analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods and induction are used to analyze the Income of Rural Residents in Xinjiang, objective and detailed. In the first part, it was described for an overview of the relevant concepts, theory and analysis method of income to discuss. Growth of rural residents' income in Xinjiang history, income composition, and income growth were compared. By analyzing the natural and social environment in Xinjiang, there were problems of income of rural residents in Xinjiang. The problems were agricultural income as the main source of income of the farmers, agricultural economic structure unreasonable and slowly income growth of farmers, gradually widening trend urban-rural income gap, the gap of between income of the farmers around the state, the southern and northern gap between the income of the farmers, farmers out of poverty, and so on. In the second part, through empirical and theoretical research, combined with case study research, a conclusion can be made that income of rural residents in Xinjiang, the problems of income of rural residents in Xinjiang growth factors involved in all aspects. The problems were lagging rural policy factors, constraints to rural industries as a result of unreasonable, unsound factors in the rural system, low agricultural productivity factors, low levels of rural education, scientific and cultural qualities of farmers is generally low and other factors. In the final part, it had been proposed to solve the existing problems of the income of rural residents in Xinjiang. Government formulated appropriate policies to promote income growth of rural residents in Xinjiang and increased investment and the transfer income. And implementation of agricultural modernization strategy should be improved agricultural productivity. Government should train the new farmers with the science and technology to promote income growth of rural residents in Xinjiang. It was essential to take measures of the cultivation of new carriers and intensive management to increase agricultural production and development of rural small towns, increase their income through various channels and so on. Such would promote income growth of rural residents in Xinjiang.
