A Study Of The Human Capital Property Rights Based On The Technological Capability Growth Of The Firm

The realization of human capital property rights is to the benifit of promoting the growth of technological capability of the firm which create conditions for the further realization of human capital value. The technological capability is an imortant resource of the firm's capability, and the incentive to the technological human capital will impact the growth of technological capability of the firm that will have an influence on the improvement of the firm's overrall capability at last. This paper from the perspective of the growth of technological capabolity in the firm, researched how does the realization of human capital property rights promote the growth of technological capability. The realization of human capital property rights displays a more direct and effective incentive and restraint on the technological human capital that is the main carrier of the technological capability of the firm so as to promote the growth of the technological capability of the firm. The effect machanism is mainly manifested in the following three aspects: firstly, the realization of human capital property rights helps to promote the accumulation and improvement of their own technological knowledge and capability that are the important foundation of the growth of the technological in the firm. Secondly, the realization of human capital property rights helps to enhance the tranforming of knowledge and capability between the individual and organization which is the resource of core technological competitive advantage in the firm. Thirdly, the realization of human capital property rights helps to ensure the the effective and rational of the individual behavior based on the consistency of individual goals and organizational goals that is the dynamic force of the growth of the technological capability. Through those analysis, we came to those conclusions. Firstly, the aim of the realization of human capital property rights is to promote the growth of the firm. Secondly, the realization of human capital property rights is a dynamic process of development. With the improvement and transformation of human capital, the realization of human capital property rights should be adjusted accordingly so as to achieve the balance between the incentive and restraint of the specialization of human capital. Thirdly, with the growth of the firm, the realization of human capital property rights showed an continuous improvement process. The realization of human capital property rights is not a blind obedience or accomplished overnight, but developing with the practice of the firm's growth and improving in the process gradually. Through the case analysis, this paper set Huawei as an example for the realization of human capital property rights and the growth of the technological capability, proved that the realization of human capital rights promote the growth of technological capability in the firm in practice. Simultaneously, the realization of human capital property rights has been adjusting with the upgrading and transfering of the human capital and the growth of the firm. Finally, this paper summarized the development of human capital property rights in the firm in China, and anlyzed the status, existing problems and propose appropriate countermeasures for this matter.
