In this context, pharmaceutical companies to explore new business model, pharmaceutical companies are the only way to survival and development. In the current theory and business practice, academic promotion model as a new model to replace with the gold takes on a sales model, gradually began to promote the application of the pharmaceutical business model. Compared with sales of gold, the academic model is the focus of drug itself, in this regard encourage enterprises to improve the quality of medicines through the development and technological innovation, on the other hand but also conducive to the provision of quality drugs to consumers. Academic innovation model as a representative of the pharmaceutical company created to promote business models and structures in the industrial chain, "Product + content" of the new model, while greatly improving the core competitiveness of enterprises, on the other hand, pharmaceutical manufacturing industry model of the whole industry sector has had a major impact, as the pharmaceutical companies in creating innovative model as a case for a comprehensive and systematic analysis is very theoretical and practical value.In this paper, selected pharmaceutical companies in creating new business models of academic promotion, as the object of this study, the use of the basic theory of its business model to a comprehensive value chain analysis, value chain, including suppliers, customer value chain, enterprise value chain, value chain channels, etc., on this basis the promotion of academic characteristics of this new business model and value.
