The Research On Quality Management Of Soft Furiture Production Project

With the rapid development of economy, Domestic software furniture production enterprise is in rapid growth. Soft furniture production project is more complex than normal projects, especially the quality of its producing process. Owing to the lack of systematic theoretical guide, many defect wares will be produced, which leads to serious loss. Therefore, all these problems should be solved.Through the managing procedure and implementing steps of soft furniture production project, the thesis compares similarities and differences between the quality managements of soft furniture production project and other projects, analyzes the quality managements of soft furniture production project, and deeply discusses the factors affecting the quality managements in the producing process taking a Mattress Company in Zhoucun district of Shandong Province as an example. In order to ensure the implementation of quality management in the soft furniture production project, we need to strengthen the research on soft furniture production project managements and stick to probe, innovate, and complete constantly.The thesis is focused on constructing and completing the management system of soft furniture production project. Based on the empirical study of a mattress company in Zhoucun, Shandong province, the author analyzes the factors affecting the quality managements of soft furniture production project: weak awareness to quality management, the low percent of pass resulting from the various material quality in soft furniture production project, low percent of finished goods because of bad techniques of producers, a lot of substandard assembly caused by the unscheduled maintenance of equipments, and the increasing of maintenance cost, etc.Based on the above analysis, the thesis proposes the following strategies to perfect the quality management of soft furniture production project: strengthening the quality management idea of the whole company, setting up the quality control awareness, completing quality management system, implementing quality control during the whole process, dealing with the relationship between producing period, quality, and cost properly, trying to optimizing the project quality goal and cost control. In conclusion, we should reinforce the quality management from the technical perspective, tap the inner potential energy farthest, and enhance the company's economic profit by means of quality management.
