As the university is enlarging and the developing theme has becoming increasingly prominent, the management group of logistics restaurant industry is also exploring its own developing model. Many universities set up a simulation of the enterprises running—"Logistics Group." Logistics Group focuses on the great opportunity of university developing and has made fairly achievement. But the group is facing a great variety of "Growing Pains" during its expanding and developing, especially the incentive system of human resources. Since the Logistics Group has a different background and staff's mobility from other enterprises, the rule of the incentive mechanism of human resources should also be different from other enterprises.This thesis focuses on the analysis of the elements and function of the incentive mechanism of human resources, combined with the current situation of the whole industry, and proposes an initial envision of incentives mechanism of human resources in the initial vision. Meanwhile, take the logistic group of university H as a representative to find the main elements that can influence the improvement of staff incentive, with the questionnaire and the collected interview data related argument. During the analysis, this thesis makes a study on the comprehensive assessment and achievement of the staff in the last year as a dependent variable and introduces the personal characteristics variables and legal environment variables.Through the empirical analysis, this thesis summarizes the five significant factors that can effects the incentive human resources:pay and benefits, age as a personal characteristics variable, working years, reasonability of work authorization and working conditions. Among them, pay and benefits effects the incentive most as a positive and significant factor and the other four factors also impacts the incentive positively. At the same time selects two main facts that can enhance staff working enthusiasm:motivating factors of internal environment (achievement motivation, self-efficiency, self-motivation, etc.) and motivating factors of external environment (pay and benefits, work atmosphere, etc.). Combined with the study results from the above two measuring measures, this thesis put forth a practical plan that can establish and perfect the incentive mechanism of logistic group in the university and put an emphasis on the establishing of the incentive system in the external environment, such as the pay and welfare, and provide an policy basis for human resources to complete the incentive mechanism.
