Study On Location Problem Of Coal Logistics Center In Port

Coal is the mian energy resourcesas of China. In primary energy production and onsumption Market, coal energy accounts for 70%.But,our country coal resources distributed very unevenly.Because of that,our country gradually formed the coal transportation structure which spreads from the north to the south,from the west to east. As the key nodes of coal logistics transaction, coal logistics center in port play a large role in coal logistics transaction. So to study the location of port coal logistics center problem deeply has important theory meaning and practical value.At the beginning of the study of the problem, this thesis analyses the profile of coal logistics briefily firstly. Then, we expound the characteristics and chief function and work flow of coal Logistics Centers in port. Finally, on the basis of study on the method of logistics center location.we select Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the main method of the optional location.Problem of coal logistics centers location.field of site selection and also has its own distinguishing features. Compared to general product logistics centers, coal logistics centers location is more complex and diffcult to deal with because of the impact of non-economic factors. Based on above situation, we bulit the the index system of coal logistics centers location by way of document comprehensive analysis, questionnaire, expert interview, statistical method, delphi method in this paper. Besides,we apply the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to logistics center of port coal location. This system joins qualitative and quantitative method through the creation of the index system and the use of AHP-Fuzzy.Part four in this paper, we complete the case analysis with numerical examples by using above method.but, because of the limite of time and funds,we use Delphi method to mark some quantitative index.This is the deficiency of this paper.and the focus of the following study.
