Since the 21st century, global IT industry is changing greatly. The competition environment of communication industry is changing enormously also. The income from voice service dropped gradually, however data service become the main profitable point. Communication business model become more complicated due to the client s requirement diversify. In order to meet new requirements and increase market share, communication operator have to develop new business. IPTV as a new product is the development result of The Times drived by technology and marking.In this thesis, global present situation development of IPTV is introduced firstly. After that the writer analysis the composition of CT s IPTV from three factors: CP,SP and customer, by the way its existing problem is given also. Secondly, the strategy of system pricing and decentralized pricing in the members of IPTV business chain are provided by building a model of IPTV business chain, and then the comparison results indicate the profit relationship between these two pricing methods. Finally the strategy of development about CT s IPTV is pointed out.In this paper, theory of supply chain management and development of IPTV business chain are combined together, in order to study by quantitative research method. The conclusion is that the system pricing will gives more profit than the decentralized pricing. At the same time, the strategy of IPTV supply chain can be confirmed by optimize coordinate parameters in business chain. The results of this paper contribute the theoretical direction about how to build and develop CT s IPTV business chain and its professional work.
