Research On Construction Of Domestic IPTV Industry Chain

With the development of Internet broadband application, the new service mode of IPTV has been coming into reality. How to construct a piece of healthy and perfect industrial chain? It will be one of the most important issues in today's Chinese IPTV industry development. The research of this thesis is based on the more and more popularity of media service. From the strategic height of whole industrial chain construction, it is dedicated to discuss how to cooperate each other between government department and relative enterprises in IPTV industry, according to realize not only the enterprise's own self-value increment but also the continual development for the whole IPTV industry. Firstly, this thesis set forth its research purpose and significance following the introduction of current theory status home and abroad, which is combined with the definition of research object. It also brings forward the research protocol and briefly explains both the research content and research method. Secondly, this thesis elaborates the specific definition and meaning of IPTV. Based on the full and accurate investigation data analysis, it not only analyzes the current development status of IPTV industry and potential forecast in the future, but also clarifies the necessity and emergency for Chinese IPTV industrial chain construction. Following that, by making reference with the successful experiences abroad, this paper put forward the main component of domestic IPTV industrial chain. By means of comparison study, it detailed analyzes the existing problem in the process of domestic IPTV industrial chain construction and further elaborates the basic construction principle aiming to provide the theory foundation for good industrial chain establishment. Then, in this paper, some kinds of relevant theory and knowledge such as five strength mode, value chain, supply chain, industrial chain and core competitiveness are applied in the integrated study, and from which to embark on construction research from three respective aspects including enterprises, government and whole industrial chain. Finally, this paper demonstrates the strategic meaning of IPTV industrial chain construction and some issues that we need to further study.
