The most serious and substantial financial meltdown ever since broke out in 2008. Native and international researchers tried to interpret the cause of this crisis, such as incompetence in financial regulation and poor performance of the supervision. Abundant data analysis and measurements modeling are involved in their researches; no consistent conclusions were drawn however. A new angle—financial human capital with the help of multiple linear regression modeling was tried in this paper to interpret this financial crunch.Firstly, the author defined the concepts of financial crisis and financial human capital, summarized the theories on traditional financial crisis, and indicated the method of analysis in this paper. The author analyzed three indices measuring financial crisis, three first-order indices and three second-order indices to interpret the measurement of financial human capital. The multiple linear repression modeling was introduced to generate the conclusion of the relevance between human recourse and market satiability. After the research in data released by Department of Labor, the author found out there was strong relevance between personnel qualification of financial analysts and market stability. This influence on Nasdaq Index, house loans balance and federal funds interests was marked and passed ADF test, inferring its effects on financial crisis in the light of financial human capital.Based on the statistics from this paper, combined with theoretical analyses, the author gives an advice to build an interacting correlation mechanism on the fronts of financial regulation, financial analyses and financial service to upgrade the personnel qualification on the said three fronts was put forward in this paper.
