This thesis uses the comparative analysis, layer upon layer the thorough research technique, especially PEST analysis and SWOT analysis, obtained from e-commerce development of our country, has analyzed network marketing in luxury, then proposed corresponding consummated suggestion. XX Corporation of luxury use network marketing strategy as core development strategy and use product strategy, promotion strategy, brand strategy, price strategy, customer service strategy as key development strategy.The structure of the thesis is as follows:Chapter 1:Introduction. The paper summary and the fundamental theories related to the thesis. This thesis has carried on the summary to the network marketing background and enterprise strategic management, elaborated that the research background, the theory,the method, the significance as well as the project research's primary coverage, proposed the significance of the XX Corporation's network marketing strategy plan research and the paper skeleton. The analysis of the research adopts PEST and SWOT as well as the core technique.Chapter 2:Strategic environmental analysis. Using PEST to analyze the XX Corporation's strategic environment, the market demand, the profession structure, pointing out the opportunities and the challenges of the XX corporation's development.Chapter 3:The SWOT analysis of Network marketing. Using SWOT and the comprehensive analysis of enterprise external environment and internal condition to go deep into the strategic ability foundation of XX Corporation's strategic development, and to provide the mentality and the basis for the formulation of strategy choice.Chapter 4:Competition strategy analysis of Network marketing which using Michael Porter's Five Forces Model.Chapter 5:Strategy plan formulate.Chapter 6:Enterprise strategy implementation levels and the steps.
