Scientific and reasonable organization structure is the key vehicle for implementing the development strategy of the enterprise, are the key to driving business development resources. How to build efficient and reasonable organization structure, has become the Bank's development of key areas. K-Bank (hereinafter referred to as K-Bank) as the largest in China's three policy banks, since its inception in 1994 through medium-and long-term credit and investment and other financial business, provides important support for medium-and long-term development strategies of the national economy and security, established organizational structure suitable for medium-and long-term business development system.
