The Chain Retail Enterprise Financial Management Study

During last decade, chain retail model rapidly developed in China. Compared to traditional retail, chain retail has the merits of easy replicability, rapid network extension, and prominent scale advantage. However, the chain retail model requires an effective financial management, due to large coverage range of the enterprises, huge numbers of subsidiaries and excessive control points. The financial management became the bottleneck for enterprise development. So, it's necessary to summarize the financial management model of chain retail enterprise.In this thesis, we mainly rely on case study method supplemented by reference analysis and deductive method. The research object is the practical financial operation of Gome Appliances Group. Combined with financial management theories and the experiences of foreign counterpart enterprise, we attempt to explore the financial management model of chain retail enterpriseThe main content of this thesis contains the background of the target enterprise, the background of finance, researching the financial management model, the disadvantages of the present model and improvement. We also extensively studied the budget management, fund management, inventory management, and merger management of the target enterprise.
