The Policy Study Of Small And Medium Enterprises's Development

Small and Medium Enterprises play an important role in the development of the economy, so their survival and development have been the focus in the experts and scholars'research for a long time. China's SMEs are born in infirmity, and they encounter many difficulties in the growth process, their ability of resisting the external risks is poor. In this financial crisis, China has suffered a severe impact on small and medium enterprises, so it particularly highlights the lack of policy supporting for SMEs.This paper analyses the problems of small and medium enterprises in the financial crisis , and takes examples of small and medium enterprises in Wuhan to analyse of the constraints in the development of SMEs in the external environment preliminarily, especially their financing problems. What's more, this paper makes some recommendations on measures for these problems. There are all kinds of policy factors restricting the development of SMEs. This paper tries to explore the key factors for the development of SMEs, at the same time, it also provides the appropriate measures to the according services. Furthermore, it helps the SMEs to understand the macro environment, industry environment. In this way, they can position themselves accurately to make a clear strategy.
