Recently the role of SME in China's economic development has become more and more significant. The problem of resolving financing difficulty for SME has received extensive attention from both domestic and foreign scholars. It has also become a heated social discussion topic. For commercial banks, the goal is to make profit during balancing risk and benefit while complying their independence principle. For SME, balancing the cost, risk and profit of financial service could help growth. All social scholars and enterprises would like to resolve this issue. From the perspective of commercial banks operating rationally, systematic discussion of financing service strategy for SME is carried out based on in-depth analysis of SME financing theory and growth period in the dissertation.The dissertation is supported by SME financing theory and enterprise growth period theory. It discloses the regular pattern and difficulty of financing for growing SME by analyzing its growing practice and path. It also discusses the inner and outer aspects influencing SME finance under the interdependence of growing enterprises and banks. SME usually face financing difficulty in our country. Outstanding cases and success experiences in developed countries or regions are quoted to analyze banking service strategy and system suitable for SME in our country.Based on theory, research and analysis, the dissertation further analyze and design the strategy for our country's commercial bank on how to provide financial service to SME. Systematic discussion is carried out on the following four aspects: bank-enterprise relationship strategy, customer selection strategy, innovation strategy and organization inspiration strategy. Bank-enterprise relationship strategy is to build market oriented banking rules, focusing on resolving the information asymmetry problem between bank and enterprise. Customer selection strategy is to consider industry, region and individual, focusing on how to locate the right customer. Innovation strategy is to build new approach and design new product for SME financial service, focusing on business promotion. Organization inspiration strategy is to build special operating organization structure and clarify short-term & long-term goal and inspiration strategy, focusing on operating management procedure.
