| Coordinated development of regional economy in China, mainly handle the relationship between the East and Midwest, the relationship between coastal area and inland.Since the reform and opening up, the economic development of China has obtained remarkable achievements which has been focus attention of whole world, however, the eastern, central and western uneven development has become increasingly outstanding.During 30 years, by right of ascendant geographical position, the open door policy the nation granted, the eastern coastal regions have lived up to pink at attracting, using foreign capital and advanced technology etc., carried out a leap-style economic development. In recent years, with the land, resources, gradually rising labor costs, labor-intensive industries in eastern coastal areas entered into the bottlenecks of development. Due to the high gradient regions of eastern coast is facing problems of optimization and adjustment of industrial structure, some mature and decline period of industries will need to be shifted to the central and western regions of low gradient. January in 2010,《the Demonstration Area Programming of Anhui Wanjiang City Cluster Undertaking Industrial Relocation》was officially approved by the State Council.In the process of undertaking industrial relocation, how to achieve coordinated development among different regions, which is not only the request of implementing the scientific concept of development, but also the important content of undertaking industrial relocation of Anhui Wanjiang city cluster.First of all, we introduce total general situation of Anhui wanjiang city cluster, as well as economic and social development, and briefly compares this with several major cities at home and abroad.Meanwhile, within each city of Anhui wanjiang city cluster, the major development guide lines were compared to find out characteristics and gaps of development between cities.Secondly,We carry through total and relative amount of the gradient analysis for all the cities of Anhui wanjiang city cluster and all cities in the Yangtze River Delta city group,which is the motivation and reasons and also weigh the uncoordinated degree between Anhui Wanjiang city cluster and developed area. Then we analyze the competitive strength of each city of Anhui Wanjiang city cluster.Through calculating and processing main index of each city of Anhui wanjiang city cluster, we analyse the infrastructure construction, environmental carrying capacity, the level of economic opening, industrial structural condition, the stock of production factors and other aspects etc.,and find the differences of developent level between each city.Again, according to above demonstration research and the actual situation,we sum up the development characteristics of Anhui Wanjiang city cluster. Hereby,we analyze the necessity,feasibility, content and objectives of Anhui Wanjiang city cluster,which accelerates coordinated development in the process of undertaking industrial relocation.Finally, we present the route and countermeasures of promoting regional coordinated development in the process of Anhui Wanjiang city cluster undertaking industrial relocation. |
