We select 20 that conforms to the condition form nearly thousand companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai Stock and carry on the data mining analysis form the relationship between the managers diligently and the company long-term achievements. The results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between the managers'diligent extent of listed companies and the company performance.
