Land is the human survival and sustainable development of society's most important resource. The future development of China's rural areas depends largely on the land issue resolved. Today, the rural collective land issue has not been completely resolved, it will directly affect the play the role of collective land ownership, which restricts the development of the rural economy is not conducive to the "three rural" problem solve, build a harmonious society and building a socialist new countryside bottlenecks.
