Study Of Development Strategy Of Urban Development Zone Industry Cluster

Since China's reform and opening-up policy, it is showing a strong trend of development in urban development zones across the country, it has become an important growth pole of regional economic development. City economic development zone plays its unique feature, and becomes a first area of promoting regional economic development, impacting institutional and technological innovation. How to change the city's industry cluster approach to development zones has become an urgent research topic.In this paper, from the main perspective of urban planning, the author undertakes the relevant concepts of industrial clustering of urban development zone, analysis and studies industry cluster's development status and planning strategies of urban development zone. And the author takes Zhenjiang New Area as a case to carry practical study.At first, on the basis of summary relevant theory and current situation, the author analyzes and summaries the existing difficulties and problems of China industry cluster development. Then the author analyzes and studies the existence of difficulties and problems by combination of theory and practice to search strategy for industrial cluster development of urban development zone. The author finally proposes planning-oriented strategy, and strategies of planning implementation and preparation, planning management control and improvement. And then, taking as Zhenjiang New Area's industrial clustering development an example, the author analyzes the situation to find out the existing problems and proposes planning strategies. In particular, the author proposes specific suggestions for selecting leading industry, intensive land use and the integration of industrial clustering of Zhenjiang New Area.This article hopes to provide new ideas for the city's industrial cluster development zone through the study of development strategy of urban development zone industry cluster, and to provide solutions to coordinate the conflict between industrial development and urban development. At the same time, this article hopes to play a role in guiding or reference on similar problems that already facing or will face.
