The developed countries are in search for new mode of agriculture,its ultimate purpose is to establish a system of ecological agriculture.As the challenge which threat the human existence and development that greenhouse gases is high in the atmosphere,in recent years,the development of a low-carbon economic policy come up. After years of research, in the process of agricultural which China's modernization agriculture change from the traditional agricultural, which formed into sustainable development pattern in chinese characteristics,ecological agriculture. Sichuan is big agricultural province.Although it has rich resources,the possessing capacity is currently on a yellow card. Limited resources and the pressure of ecological environment has been holding back economic development bottlenecks. If you continue to follow extensive form,which will lead to greater shortage of energy resources, environmental deteriorate and the survival environmental of biological and human deteriorate. This will inevitably hamper the sichuan province's economic sustainable development.In such a background, research which is about the problem of the interests main behaviour in ecological agriculture is significant. From the microeconomic level,farmers, enterprises,farmers professional cooperation organization and the government is the interests of important subject which engage in the agricultural production. From the middle level, the behavior relation among farmers, enterprises, farmers technical cooperation organization and the government form the industrial chain of ecological agriculture. As a result,the research for the interests main behaviour in ecological agriculture which should take the industrial chain to research in the middle level,not separate into isolated individual research. In this way, we can find out the optimum strategy for the development of ecological agriculture in Sichuan province and get the effective policy recommendations.Based on the economic man supposition, information asymmetry, moral hazard and the transbehaviour cost theory,on the review of farmer behaviour, enterprises behaviour, he peasant farmer professional cooperation organization behaviour and the government behaviour,research for the the actual state of the interests main behaviour in ecological agriculture in this paper.This paper use survey collect data and put it as the gist, statistics,regression and effective analysis.On the basis of statistical analysis and interviews, establish the one time and unlimited game model between the interests main behaviour in ecological agriculture,get three correlated equilibrium for analysis.The results and conclusions of this research mainly are:(1)In the process of ecological agriculture, the cost of ecological agriculture farmer is higher than the cost of inecological agriculture farmers.(2)For the ecological farming families, the subsidy for them is no effect and whether they are engaged in agricultural production is in accordance with the probability of the government punished.(3) Enterprises which connected with farmers are different and significant.(4)In the professional cooperation organization, the farmers who whether choose degree in cooperation with the size of the penalty level. When penalty level more than discount factor, they would choose to cooperate.When the penalty level less than a discount factor, they would not choose cooperate.I put forword to strengthening and promoting the policy and technical training, improving and full implementing the the subsidy of farmers which are in the construction of ecological agriculture, establishing long effective trigger management mechanism and a sound system of credit, accelerating the industrialization of ecological agriculture and shorting the industrial chain and so on. |
