Dynamic Capabilities And Performance Of Chinese "Born Global" Companies

In this paper,a sample of Chinese listed companies,for the first time to explore the dynamic capability and performance of Chinese listed "born global" companies.By reviewing and summarizing the previous research as well as theory foundation,we build a theoretical framework for Chinese listed "born global" companies.Positive findings: Compared to ordinary ups,dynamic capabilities of the listing "born global" enterprise is mainly reflected in the unique resources and knowledge from the research and development capabilities,operational efficiency,higher quality network of suppliers,international experience of management and a clear entrepreneurial orientation,with the joint action of the dynamic capabilities,Chinese listed "born global" companies have better profitability.Further study found that differences in the capacity and operating performance of the motion only exists between "born global" companies and the general ups.Compared to low degree of internationalization "born global" companies,the higher degree of internationalization "born global" companies do not have a clear competitive advantage.
