In knowledge economy era, and human capital is the core factor of enterprise's survival and development, while training motivation and relates to the enterprise investment in human resources reserve efficiency key, effective training incentive policies for enterprise to higher and higher value-added reserves of human resources, not only loyalty has high efficiency employee satisfaction, also can synchronizing lifting employees working ability and work efficiency, and ultimately drive the development and growth of enterprises, to realize the win-win employee and enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise training incentive mechanism to promote enterprise in talents has become better training to stand out in the era of knowledge economy in the future development of an enterprise to appeal.This paper from state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in yunnan province training incentive condition investigation of SPSS statistical analysis software, data analysis, auxiliary means state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the province of training incentive condition questionnaires were investigated, and the different nature of the enterprise to carry on the comparative analysis, comparison of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in training motivation for the differences and combining training and motivation theories, find promote training incentive mechanism to effectively use the way and the method, effectively improve enterprise of human capital and quality.
