Economic globalization is an irreversible trend in today's world, the global division of labor within the production has already formed. At the same time, China's manufacturing industry has been increasingly improved with low-cost and comprehensive support system. A large number of foreign companies transfer part of their production processes to China. So how division of labor through the global production system, so that China's manufacturing industry as soon as possible, comprehensive access to international markets. How to make good use of the opportunities around, give full play to advantages, promote the realization of China's manufacturing industry, the growth and upgrading.In this paper, the background of globalization, and stood their long-term development perspective on how outsourcing push by the autonomous growth of China's enterprises put forward such a way that the ultimate growth of manufacturing strategy independently.This dissertation focuses on and discusses the interaction between outsourcing promotion and self-motivated growth and put forwards the self-motivated growth strategy for China's manufacturing industry with the promotion of outsourcing, in the background of global production division system and based on the development of domestic-invested enterprises. The full text altogether is divided into six chapters. The first reviews recent domestic and foreign researches in the outsourcing field of manufacturing industry, and proposes research ideas and methods. The second defines the concept and types of the manufacturing outsourcing and elaborates the theories in the manufacturing outsourcing and self-motivated growth strategy, making use of the Theory of Comparative Advantage, the International Division of Labor Theory, the Factor Endowment Theory, Transaction Cost Theory, the Core Competence Theory and Analysis on Value Chain as well as the Independent Innovation Theory. The third chapter discusses mainly the transmission mechanism for the outsourcing promotion effects and analyzes the effects of manufacturing outsourcing on the self-motivated growth of enterprises, on the basis of the systematical investigation in the influencing factors of outsourcing promotion effects. Through analyzing the current situation for the development of China's manufacturing industry's outsourcing contracting activities.After comparison with the outsourcing-driven growth models of Taiwan region and South Korea, taking into consideration of the strategical period for the development and the situation of the developing country, in the core of the self-motivated growth model with the promotion of outsourcing , the outsourcing growth strategy for China's manufacturing industry is advanced in the fourth chapter. The fifth fourth chapter not only discusses the opportunities for the development of Chinese enterprises'outsourcing contracting activities, but also points out certain problems.A case study is made regarding the outsourcing growth strategy for China's manufacturing industry with the example of China's home appliances industry. Policy suggestions on the associated policies and measures for the outsourcing growth strategy are put forward in the sixth chapter, including policy adjustment for processing trade, policy adjustment for foreign investment as well as policy adjustment for encouraging enterprises'self-motivated innovation.This article studies a certain extent, a rich theory of manufacturing outsourcing; for China to undertake the outsourcing industry with the division of labor into the global production system, value chain to achieve the transition of local enterprises and industry growth have important theoretical and policy implications; for the Government How to promote and support the autonomy of Chinese manufacturing growth and industrial upgrading, select the path of self-growth strategy and development, also has a reference value.
