The late twentieth century, with the further development of world science and technology, business environment in which rapid change, with each passing day. In order to adapt to rapid changes in the environment, many companies have abandoned the traditional pyramid of scientific management model suitable for management of change to the more gradual development of the new age of flat organizational structure. With a flat organizational structure, responsibilities of employees becoming more and more widely, the staff of the spontaneous cooperative behavior in the increasingly important role in the enterprise. Well-known American professor of Organ at Indiana University will be "an employee not directly included in the task instructions, but the organization can provide social and psychological environment to maintain and enhance the role, and thus support the task performance of the act" is called organizational citizenship behavior. In recent years, organizational citizenship behavior on the effects of team performance as has been the focus of attention for scholars, these important research topic further study become scholars, but for more empirical research in this area is still more than foreign Lacking.Has been to improve the effectiveness of management within the organization, management experts around the world are in the enterprise organizational structure, development strategy and human resource practices and other related content in-depth study and exploration, hope to improve enterprise from which to explore the microstructure and properties and identify success factors approach. In this paper, selected enterprises of this nature in the characteristics of organizational citizenship behavior in the workplace acts as a most special focus of research, combing through the understanding of organizational citizenship behavior theories, to explore further from a theoretical point of view of Organizational Citizenship Behaviors on Organizational Performance correlated. And on the basis of previous research, through questionnaires, statistical analysis, to select a domestic private energy company as a research sample. The organization of its corporate citizenship behavior, organizational performance and the impact of the former to the latter, and many other issues related to the empirical study, conclusions drawn, so the theory of organizational citizenship behavior has played a catalytic role.Finally, the paper's conclusions based on specific research proposals:the domestic business managers to organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance and effective role in promoting full attention should strengthen corporate recruitment functions; strengthen training and development; implementation of a comprehensive compensation management; improve enterprise performance management; create the appropriate corporate culture. Human resource management practices for the enterprise to provide useful help.
