It is a focus to display the scale economy and responsiveness in the push and pull supply chain. The fierce market competition required display effectively the scale economy and responsiveness. However, it is difficult to play in the supply chain while reducing costs and improving the speed of response, so we need to coordinate effectively the balance between the two. The scale economy and responsiveness play simultaneously, which can reduce effectively inventory levels, improve customer level, and play a fast response, in order to meet the development needs. As an important parameter of optimization the supply chain, sharing of information directly affect the choice of the supply chain management. First, the thesis assume that the retailers by the order predicted determine the required order quantity, and establish the push and pull supply chain utility model under sharing or not sharing information, the comparison is that the information sharing is more conducive to the cost reduction, and analyses the result by empirical. Then, through the push and pull supply chain utility model, the thesis compare the push and pull supply chain cost under the information sharing or not, and determine the mode selection, it is obtained the push supply chain under not share information is good for the cost saving, and the order quantity determine the selection of the push and pull supply chain under the sharing information-that is a small quantity of order, the pull supply chain cost is less, and a large quantity of order, the cost of the push supply chain is less. It analyses the result by empirical. The analysis of empirical illustrates the correctness. Finally, the thesis propose a hybrid push-pull supply chain by analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the push and pull supply chain, and through two aspects which are after push before pull and parallel, analyses the operation of its mechanisms and programs.
