The Global Financial Regulation Macro Trend And Revelation

The thesis is designed to research on the change in the globe financial supervision system and from which we China can learn some precious experience. The logic structure is that first we briefly analyze the reason of 2008 financial crisis and the flaws in the micro-prudential financial supervision, which is focusing on the steadiness of individuals while neglecting the systematic risk, and then we discuss the revolution details in some major countries and economies and sum up the similarities in those proposals. At last based on the discussion above, we talk about the history of Chinese financial supervision and the current situation. Although the revolution in China still faces some challenges, the trend in the international financial supervision forces us to keep up with it. Therefore, combined with the new measures taken in other countries, the last part in the thesis concentrates on this question from two aspects: the macro-policy and the micro-operation and includes some suggestions based on the analysis.
