Since the reform and opening up, China has made significant progress in economic development, achieving 10 % overall GNP growth for decades. Although Chinese overall national strength has increased unprecedentedly, some other worries trouble the whole nation. For instance, extensive economic growth mode still exists. Economic increase are at the expense of rather high cost and value, the problems caused by which have not been solved. The industrial structure is irrational. The scientific and technological achievements conversion is far from enough. Both labors and economic managers are not qualified.
